Engineering Master Plan

Individual HVAC master planning studies were performed for three large municipal facilities: Benton Convention Center, Lawrence Joel Coliseum and Coliseum Hockey Rink Annex. These studies were developed in response to the City’s efforts to improve coordinating, planning and budgeting for maintenance and improvements of its facilities. HVAC systems in each building were surveyed, documented and evaluated. A several-hundred page report was prepared detailing the results of each building investigation, as well as recommending a multi-year capital improvement plan.
