Prototype Elementary School

This new 84,000 square foot , 2-story elementary school is the planned prototype design for at least two sites in Wake County. Plumbing design includes more than 200 fixtures and a full service kitchen. HVAC systems includes 260 tons chiller capacity, 120 HP boiler capacity, 19 air handling units and a complete DDC control system. Electrical design includes a 2000 amp switchboard with distribution to power and lighting systems. Special systems include teledata with fiber, security with camera, addressable fire alarm, intercom and television.
