Engineering Master Plan
Saint Mary's School
Raleigh, NC
This project, first completed in 1996 and updated in 2005, created a campus engineering master plan for chilled water infrastructure, campus boilers, building HVAC systems, electrical power infrastructure, campus fire alarm systems, campus telecommunications, central domestic hot water systems, campus domestic water infrastructure and campus fire protection water infrastructure. This report detailed existing conditions, recommended capital improvements and provided budgeting information. The engineering master plan also was created to integrate with the separate 20-year architectural campus master plan. In total, 24 existing buildings were considered along with 7 future buildings, 8 future additions and several future renovations.
