This new 64,000 square foot facility includes 3 floors of medical office space and a basement parking garage. In order to satisfy the rapidly growing needs of the hospital, this facility was “fast tracked” to allow site and structural steel construction to begin before completion of the final building design. Plumbing design includes multiple “wet columns” to allow for future medical office needs. The building is fully protected by a fire sprinkler system. HVAC design includes a boiler, chiller, 4 air handling units, 53 VAV reheat terminals and an atrium smoke evacuation system. Electrical design includes site/parking lighting, 2000 amp switchboard, diesel generator, addressable fire alarm system and infrastructure for tele/data and security.
