Originally established in 1895, the Holly Inn is a historic centerpiece in the Village of Pinehurst. Commissioned with a total renovation of the facility, the design team worked to minimize the down-time of the inn, as well as to adhere to the strict appearance guidelines set forth by the Village of Pinehurst. The Holly Inn is a 70,000 square foot, 5 level facility featuring guest rooms, meeting areas and kitchen/dining facilities. This project entailed the total replacement of building plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical distribution systems, as well as a new central utility plant (boilers, chiller, fire pump).
