This project includes the HVAC design for a new 80,000 square foot, 4 story speculative office building. Packaged rooftop air handling units, one per floor, provide cooling air to nearly 90 variable air volume terminals with reheat coils. A separate constant volume system serves the central core building area consisting of lobby space, elevators and toilets. The entire system, totaling 245 tons of cooling, is operated by a direct digital control system.
